Allow to respond to emails without email history thread in Lightning

Case Management

In Classis, you have the option to reply to an email and include the past email sent or to click on Send Email and start off with a new email in the Case object.

In Lightning, when you click on Send Email, it automatically populates the information for previous emails and it doesn't give you an option to create a new email without thread of previous emails.
