Log a Call, New Task and New Event show under Activity

Salesforce support said Activity actions are showing under Chatter tab, niot in Activity tab for in Case object in lightning, and that is by design,

This is weird when for all other objects (Account, Contact, Opportunity, even custom object), Log a Call, New Task and New Event are showing under Activity, why Case show under Chatter?

We need to request to make this align across all objects.
