Currently if you want to see logging from your managed package in a subscriber’s org you need to either:
- Have login access granted to the LMA app, perform a subscriber org login and reproduce the problem, or
- Contact Salesforce Support to have the managed package namespace added to "Managed namespaces to log in Apex Debug Log" in the subscribers org.
Option 1 with the LMA subscriber org login covers a large portion of debugging scenarios, but there are a number of cases that can't be debugged with it. For example, How do you access logs for a scheduled job of a managed package in the subscriber org?
. The Automated Process used by Platform events is another case where the subscriber org login is unlikely to help (unconfirmed).
I'd like to be able to expose the managed package logging for the entire log directly from the LMA Subscriber overview page. This would remove the need to contact support to active this function.
