We need an efficient Lead-to-Contact Conversion Process and need clear documentation of the full process.
  1. What will happen when a lead is converted to a Contact in Sales Cloud?
  2. What will happen when we use the Journey Builder's lead conversion activity?
  3. How the subscriber id (Contact Row Id) is managed? How many rows will be created?
  4. How the various status gets changed?
  5. What are the changes reflected in Contact Builder?
  6. How the opt-in/opt out process is defined?
  7. How the publication lists are managed?
  8. Best Practices needs to follow
  9. Any other hidden proerties need to be anaysed?
Also please simply Lead Conversion process across clouds.
