DevHub with higher Scratch Org Limits for Open Source Projects

Developer Tools

Can we please get a special DevHub for Open Source Projects with higher limits for daily and active Scratch Orgs and without expiration?

When it comes to setting up CI/CD for an Open Source projects using Salesforce DX,
the limits for daily and active Scratch Orgs and expiration are too restrictive:

Developer Edition (https://developer.salesforce.com/signup)
- 3 ActiveScratchOrgs
- 6 DailyScratchOrgs
- no expriation (if continuously used)

Trial DevHub (https://developer.salesforce.com/promotions/orgs/dx-signup)
- 20 ActiveScratchOrgs
- 40 DailyScratchOrgs
- expires after 30 days

There are currently workarounds like pooling DevHub Orgs or automating the Signup of Trial DevHub orgs, but in my opinion people who want to give back to the Ohana with Open Source Projects shouldn't be required to apply such workarounds.
