Salesforce Surveys - Allow Email Template to use Participant Id as the Recipient
The Survey Invitation record has a Participant Id field, which can be a Lead Id, Contact Id, or Person Account Id. Using Survey Builder, you can send a single email to a manually selected recipient. The recipient can be a Lead, Contact, or Person Account. The recipient's Id is then used to set the Participant Id.
If you use a regular email template, you cannot select the Participant Id as the recipient. You have to create custom look-up fields for the Contact, Lead, or Person Account and then populate these fields.
