The IdeaExchange is a great way of keeping transparency around features wanted and delivered but it is a two-way street. It seems more and more often now that these long-standing, high-vote ideas are not getting regular updates from Salesforce Product Managers. This idea is to create regularly scheduled updates to ideas that are in certain statuses with certain point values. That way everyone is on the same page and we, the customers, know when to expect the next update.
Below is just a quick take on the types of statuses and frequency of updates.
