Ability to Edit a Chatter Post after posting

Chatter

Chatter User should be able to edit their post and comments after posting them to chatter. Currently users cannot do a correction in their post or comment after posting them, they have to delete the post and make correctoin and post it again, even for a minor correction. We should have a smarter way to do this in chatter by having an edit option next to delete post sign.

    Quick update on this Idea: We have moved this Idea from being flagged as fully delivered to partially delivered based on feedback. While the ability to edit chatter posts came in Summer '15, it lacks the ability to edit chatter posts with links or files attached to it.  This remaining functionality is targeted for delivery in our new Lightning experience over the next couple of releases (safe harbor), so we'll update the Idea as delivered at that time.  Apologies for any confusion this may have caused.

    With the Summer '15 release, we are introducing the ability to edit feed posts and comments.
