I have been on the customer end of a couple of Live Agent sessions and my sessions are never completed successfully because I inevitably work on other things at the same time and don't notice when the agent responds. Two hours later I stumble on the chat browser window with 3 posts from the agent asking if I'm still there and need assistance.
Perhaps there is an audible notification that I always miss, but is it possible to configure a visual notification to end users consuming support? The audible notification is inadequate because visitors might have their audio muted or speakers off.
I would like to implement Live Agent in our organization, but want to make sure I'm not going to end up with a bunch of open-ended sessions with people like me doing a million things at once.
I think other live agent offerings accomplish this by updating the title bar text.
