Add incoming Web2Case emails to Case's Activity History
Right now, incoming emails for Web2case only appear under the Case's "Email" section. Outbound emails appear under both of "Email" and "Activity History" sections. We find that the "Activity Section" has a "View All" button, while the "Email" section does not, and our users find that the "View All" is very handy for quickly looking over case activity.
The solution would be to either: (a) add incoming web2case emails to the Case Activity History, or (b) add a "View All" button to the Case Emails section.
