Make Milestone fields available in Case List Views so cases can be prioritized.

The Remaining Time and Target Completion Date fields for milestones needs to be available in the the case list view to be available as columns so support personnel can prioritize which cases to work on first.  The Entitlement Best Practices document (3rd bullet from the bottom) says to add the milestone fields to the Case List View, but they are not available to be chosen.
