Allow SAML SSO orgs to disable "Change My Password" for specific profiles

Salesforce Platform, Administration & Sharing, User Experience

If SAML SSO is configured the users will be using their external SSO username and password for authentication.  However within the SFDC UI users can still select the option "Change My Password".  This is confusing to users since this has not impact on the SAML SSO password.
There should be a user/profile permission setting that would allow SAML SSO configured orgs to specifiy "SSO only" users/profiles.  If this permission is set then the users should not see the "Change my Password" option.

It looks like this is possible with "Delegated Authentication" but not for for "SAML" SSO.
Please consider adding this feature for SAML SSO orgs.
