Solution Helpfulness Rating

Knowledge

It would be great if we had the ability to rate how helpful or unhelpful solutions were to our customers and internal users. A simple button that said was this solution helpful  (Yes) or (No) would be all that is required. 
The ability to then report upon these rating would allow for the fine tuning and continuous improvement of self service solutions and internal knowledge bases.
