To compliment basic Notes and Attachments, it would be great to add a classification system.
After years of use, our system contains a long list of notes, attachments, and emails for any given account. This makes finding important items difficult.
We would like to see a customizable system, which allows sorting and filtering of notes on page layouts.
Classification: 1 - Important, 2 - Informative, 3 - FYI, 4 - Tracking only, 5 - Low priority
