Salesforce for Outlook - Create / Add Case from Email
Connect to Outlook supported right clicking on an email to add it to an existing case or to create a new case. This feature was DROPPED in the new Salesforce to Outlook. This essentially leaves you without this capability if you are using Office 2010.
Please add this capability back to the product!
February 2011 Update
- With the Spring '11 release, Salesforce for Outlook now supports associating emails to existing Cases. Email to Salesforce users can also leverage this new functionality.
- We're working on support for creating new Cases from Emails.
