In Knowledge, we can currently designate a channel(s) for the Article - ours are either "Internal App" or "Public Knowledge Base". It would be nice to:
A) See "Channels" as one of the columns in the list view of Articles and to be able to sort on this column
B) Have the ability to search by Channel (i.e. give me all Articles in this instrument category that are internal only)
Currently we cannot see which Channel an Article is assigned to unless we click on each article and look at the detail on the left hand side. The solution now is to Create a Data Category group for Channels. We are limited to 3 Data Category groups, so it seems wasteful to have to use one for Channels.
