Customer visit report
After a sales call to a Prospect or Customer, I want to be able to generate a "Customer contact report" typically a Word document that can be attaced to the Notes and attachments area. The resoning is that upper management, and or, future users can view the sales calls made to any particular Customer and review the history (not all Customer contact is an email to synch from outlook.
Sometimes it is good to be be able to distribute an old fashioned "sales call report" to alert team members, or upper management of progress or issues following an actual field visit.
Ideally this should be pulled off the Contact information and filled in one time after a call, then merged into a word document or other similar mode.
Anyone seen anything that can help?
