Process Builder - Ability to define field updates as BEFORE or AFTER INSERT

Process Automation

Provide the ability to specify whether a process should run its updates as BEFOREINSERT or AFTERINSERT.

CONTEXT - It's interesting, I have some process builder updates that will pre-populate data from my update actions upon creation of a record, meaning that on the initial edit screen, the process has already pulled the related object data into the field, and some others don't update until after saving the record. I've tried to understand what it is that does this, looking at the differences in criteria, and also seeing if field dependencies have an impact but I haven't figured it out. I typically would want this to occur when creating a record of a different object from the related object, whereby SFDC always pulls that object lookup relationship upon creation, and it woudl be awesome if my process could pre-populate this data in the same way a trigger can be update the data BEFOREINSERT or AFTERINSERT. After all flow operates on Apex concepts.
