What about a version of Outlook Edition that actually works?

I'm amazed at more than four major bugs that I've found during the last day of trying to get the latest version of Outlook Edition (3.2.105) to work. It seems the software was never thoroughly tested. I've found 4 major bugs so far: Folders don't show up in my Tools:Salesforce Options: Contacts, Events and Tasks tabs. If I click on several tabs the OK button doesn't work (though cancel functions the same way as OK). I haven't been able to get contacts and tasks/calendar items to work at the same time. Getting cryptic error messages when trying to mark for sync, associate, etc. I wouldn't even give the current release an 'alpha' rating. When thinking of Outlook Edition the phrase 'Software as a Disservice' comes to mind. Please. How about providing a well-tested working version? I'm currently at hour 30 of an as yet unresponded-to 'Escalated' support case.
