Allow for Reporting of Closed Activities greater than 365 days old

Our Sales cycle is MUCH longer than 365 days. We need the ability to see historic Activity data (especially EVENTS) for 2-3 years in reports. ___________________________________________ From: Julie Screbant [mailto:jscrebant@salesforce.com] Sent: Thursday, February 19, 2009 6:10 PM To: Shelly Drake Subject: RE: Harbor Industries Inc || All Activities Hey Shelly, Activities are archived if they are in the closed status and the due date is older than 365 days. That means that by running this report, the archived activities will not show up. However, in the salesforce user interface, users can view archived activities only in the printable view or by clicking view all on the activity history related list.
