The Time of an Event is always tied to the Event Owner's Time Zone. Invitees see the Time translated to their own Time Zone. This is particularly problematic for invited Contacts. Since Contacts do not have their own Time Zone setting, the Time is shown in the Zone of the Event Owner. If the Event Owner is in a different Zone than the Event itself, you get a discrepancy that is not necessarily obvious to the invitee. Moreover, if the Contact is a frequent traveler, it's even more confusing for them if the Time isn't set to the location of the meeting. Therefore, I propose the ability to tie the Event Time to a specific Time Zone that never changes regardless of the viewer's settings.
