A Case Team would be similar in some ways to an Account Team or a Sales Team. It would be a related list on Case which enumerates people, either Users or Contacts, who are interested parties on that case. The Case Teams feature would add the following benefits: * Users or Contacts could be set to be notified when certain aspects of the case, like the status, change. * Users on the list could be set to be notified when there are comments on the case, and Contacts on the list could be set to be notified when there are Public comments on the case. * Members could be automatically added to the list upon case assignement, and could be inherited from the Account Team if desired. * The case could automatically be shared to all members of the Case Team so that those members could view the case via the app or via the portal.
