Attach notes and attachments to multiple records

Accounts & Contacts

Often times notes are relevant to multiple contacts or accounts. Please allow the same note or attachment to be attached to multiple records. This is the same concept as allowing multiple contacts on the same activity: http://ideas.salesforce.com/article/show/63364

    With the Summer '15 release, you will be able to attach notes (created with the new notes experience) to multiple records. See below on how to take advantage of this feature:

    As of now, the enhanced Notes feature is available in the Salesforce1 mobile browser app (except on BlackBerry devices), the Salesforce1 downloadable app for Android devices, version 6.0 and later, and the Salesforce1 downloadable app for iOS devices, version 6.0.2 and later.
