Fix the "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securel

Security warning:
Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely


Please stop mixing secure and unsecure objects on your webpages
. By doing that modern webbrowsers throw a security warning by default (they should!).

There are workarounds by disabeling this security feature but i wouldn't recommend it because it is one of the better security improvements out there.

SF Please put all your pages and includes on a secure server and the problem will disappear.
