Email Signature Images as attachments

Please make it so that the logos and images on email signatures do not show up as email attachments. Whenever someone says they have attached images to an email, I have to go through more than 20 images sometimes just to find the image that they are… Show more

Allow Quick Text on the standard Case Details page

Allow the use of Quick Text within the details and related lists in a case.  Currently to send an email using quick text the user needs to go into Feed mode, they are working the case looking at the details and this extra click is not only confusing… Show more

In Lightning, support Entitlement Templates related list on Product page layouts

The Entitlement Templates related list is not supported in Lightning per the help page Customize Entitlements. So, when an Entitlement Template needs to be associated with a Product, the user must swtich to Classic. This is not intuitive. Show more

Receive Email Notifications once a file is attached to an Object
