Alerting for Triggered Sends and Journeys

We had many transactional Mails running via triggered Sends. I would wish to get an email notification or a push if any Mails run in the Queue of the triggered sends Same idea for Journeys

Search Bar Across All Folders

We're able to search within folders for Data Extensions, Queries etc. but there is no way to search across ALL folders. Finding a specific item within dozens of folders is very time-consuming. Please enable some form of universal search.

Updating email template should automatically update emails.

When updating a transactional email template, the changes should be automatically applied to every email using the template.  This would literally save 5-6 hours each time we update some critical business information, as there are hundreds of emails… Show more

Increase Date Range for Social Studio Reports

I want to pull a report in Social Studio for post reports and account reports to look at a year in total, but the limit for each report is 90 days. It would be great to increase this to get an overall view of a page's performance.

Social Customer Service - Case Number

Currently when you send a post to Salesforce to create a Case, it brings back the Salesforce unique ID.  Most users dont' know what that ID is so having the Case Number on the record.
