Email Relay is enabled. Org Wide Address is setup. Appointment (custom object) I have a custom object that links a related Contact & email address (email field) via Flow based on criteria. When the Appointment status picklist value is X , the Flow sends an outbound message to the email address. Email relay is successfully delivering the email (classic visual force template) to our server. If the email is undeliverable in 365, I receive the outlook notification in my inbox, but I need to have the external undelivered status linked back to the record’s Activity record or Appointment record. I am open to all suggestions. The agents have to know in real-time if the deployed email was undeliverable. More
