Display Subject when selecting email template

Is there  a way...a user navigates to a contact record, hovers over activity history and clicks the Send Email button.  From this interface user clicks the 'Select Template' button.  User is now presented with ability to select the email template folder, and is also displayed columns:  Name, Type, Description.

I have a request to customize these columns; specificially user who is selecting the email template would like to see the Subject value.  Doesn't seem possible, but thought I would ask!

I meant changing the properties of the Email Templates themselves.  Edit each Email Template and change the Name or the Description to include the Subject.

There are a few ways of solving this, but an easy one to consider is changing one of the existing fields (Name or Description) to contain the Subject name instead.  I have long answers, but I really recommend using the short solutions when you can with Salesforce.

I don't see how to take your suggestion?  Here is a screenshot...after clicking the Select Template Button, the user is able to choose a folder, but then the columns seem static.
