Can I use a joined report on Dashboards in Salesforce Lightning?

Hi Everyone! I have created a joined report (using the Salesforce Classic report builder) but want to add this to a Lightning dashboard. When I click '+ Component' and select my Joined Report, I get the error 'Joined reports can't be used as source reports.' Is there something I can do to resolve this? :)

Hi Noor and Narendar - Salesforce Help responded with:

Thank you for submitting your case to Salesforce. From what I understood, you cannot add a joined report in a Lightning Dashboard. It is my pleasure assisting you with this concern.

There's a release note regarding this feature and there are requirements prior to adding the joined report.

Please refer to the documentation below:

Use Joined Reports as Source Reports for Dashboard Components:

Winter 19 is Monday - will see what happens!

Hi Aaron,

From Setup, enter Reports in the Quick Find box, then select Reports and Dashboards Settings.
Select Enable Lightning Joined Reports (Beta).

Please find below links..must be useful for your scenario:

Did you try to go through the link I also attached?

Yes - according to the link there is no reason I should not be able to do what I want to do (unless I am missing something!) :)

Aaron, If everything is on correct page, lastly I’d suggest to log a case with Salesforce.

Or just to give one more try create a fresh dummy report in lightning as a joined report and again try creating a dashboard and use the report charts only while creating the dashboard. There will be a checkbox once you’ll select the source to allow the report charts in dashboard.

Ohh! I was under the impression that your org already pushed to Winter 19.
After 19, you will be able to add chart to a joined report. And once you add a chart to you report, you will be able to use that joined report in your Dashboard component.

Sorry Narender - I probably shoukld have made that clear! :)
