How "Unique Click-Through Rate" is calculated in Marketing Cloud Tracking?

Hi all,

I have a basic question to ask. 
How "Unique Click-Through Rate" is calculated in Marketing Cloud Tracking?
 
Also if someone could please answer in the context of following two scenarios:
 
A. If email 1 is having 4 different links and Email 2 is having 10 different links. Does that effect the Unique CTR of both emails? I mean can compare them on the basis of Unique CTR?
 
B. If email 1 is having 4 different links and email 2 is having same link 4 times. Does that effect the Unique CTR of both emails?
