Change the Currency Symbol in a Currency Field
Hi
In a currency field, when I put in a number in the field, (that is in the contracts page), the £ sign always comes up before the number. Is there a way to change the £ symbol to another currency symbol, for example a dollar sign $. However, I dont want to change th currency for all contracts just specific contracts that we trade in dollars with.
Any help would be great.

If you have enabled multicurrency in your org, then just add the field "Currency" in your object's page layout.
When you click edit, it will give you an option to change the currency for that object.
(This field is different from the amount field)
