Spring 20 : full sandbox throwing an error "We're reporting this as error ID: -1235632570" on home page. Anybody facing same issue?

Only Full copy sandbox getting error after mouse hovering on tabs(Account, contact...). No issue with other lower sandboxes. Error
"This page has an error. You might just need to refresh it. First, would you give us some details? (We're reporting this as error ID: -1235632570)". First-line after the click on expand button of error
[Cannot read property 'parentNode' of undefined].

We are about to raise the case with SF.

Thanks

Just as an FYI, we were experiencing the same issue in at least two of our sandboxes and have determined it was due to the WalkMe extension.  Not every machine was affected but on the ones that were, disabling the extension fixed the issue.  WalkMe is aware of the issue.

Hi again, seems is a browser issue, our case:
- Google Chrome Version 79.0.3945.88 (Official Build) (64-bit) - Official Managed Browser by Company - ERROR
- Google Chrome Version 79.0.3945.88 (Official Build) (64-bit) - Free Open version - WORKS OK
- Microsoft Edge 44.17763.831.0 - WORKS OK
Try out for the moment with other browser as a workarround.

@Neel - did Salesforce provide a response on this? Its appearing all over the place in our full copy and there doesn't seem to be any logic to where it appears! I can't actually get into the set up menus at the moment.

Thanks all for the response. We are not getting this issue in Chrome incognito window. It seems @Wayne is correct. WalkMe is installed in our chrome but the WalkMe extension is not installed in the Incognito window. We can't disable WalkMe on my office laptop. I will check on my personal laptop and let you guys know if this could be the issue.
@Sarah : Waiting for salesforce response.

I experienced the issue myself and after republishing and reopening the editor, and the issue has been resolved.
Just need to do a publish and it will resolve the issue :-)
