Report Showing Inactive Dashboard Running Users

Hello-
I would like to display on a data governance dashboard any dashboards that have the Running User as an Inactive User. I created the Report Type for Dashboards with Dashboard Components, however, this just shows the list of all of the dashboards and their Running Users. There is no Active User field to put into the criteria. Any help would be much appreciated!

Thank you,
Kim

Hi Kim,
Edit your report type and Add fields related via lookup »
select Dashboard Component Fields
Dashboard>>Running User Click on view related fields and check the Active field
Use thus report type and filter the report where Active equals False

Hi Kim/Sunil, I have the same problem as Kim stated. I have created the report as above but cannot find the "Active" field. Please can you send me a few screen shots of where this field is thanks, David

David- Make sure you are using the correct report type. If the field I have the arrow pointed at is still not showing up then you will need to go into Setup and Report Types to add the field. This documentation link should help you with that if needed.
