Workflow or process builder for changing Account Type

There are two parts to this question - one is when a Lead is converted to a new Account, I need a workflow or process builder that will automatically change the Account Type to Prospect; the second is when an Opportunity is Closed Won, I need a workflow or process builder that will automatically change the Account Type to Customer.  I'm not super technical so if someone could give me some step-by-step procedures, I'd certainly appreciate it.

I would use Workflow Rules for the first one -- assuming you can tell that an Account is being created from a Lead Convert (some field on the Account is set to some value you can detect).  Use a Field Update to set the Type field.

For the 2nd one, I would use an Account Rollup Summary field to COUNT the Closed Won Opps related to the Account. Then, use a Workflow Rule Field update to set the Account Type based on whether the COUNT is > 0.
