How to exclude frozen users on users report?

How can I exclude frozen users from my users report? For now, i can only see frozen users as a view on the users tab.

Hi Caterina,

Yes, this is not possible to direct run the report on the frozen/inactive users because the IsFrozen field isn't available for reports. That's why first you need to upvote the idea to increase it's point and this can come under consideration.

First Method: You can use API and visualforce page to get the frozen users on the page. I am sharing the blog which explain and provides you the code to achieve this.

Second Method: You can query either via dataloader or workbench and export the data and the data is in the UserLogin Object.

Query would be like:
Select Id, UserId, IsFrozen, IsPasswordLocked From UserLogin order by UserId WHERE IsFrozen = TRUE

Here are links for workbench and dataloader

Hope this helps.
