Email To Case In Sandbox : Unable to get verifcation code when setup forwarding through Gmail account

Hello All,

I am not receving verification code to verify auto forward from gmail to salesforce. No case is gettiing created. 

Troubleshooting 
1. Checked email deliverability --> All Email
2. Checked Ip Whitelisting
3. Turned off all process builders, WFs and validation rules

I did the same setup for Email to Case in my dev org and it is working not sure what I am missing.

Thank you all for reply. I am able to resolve this issue. Actually there were required fields on case which was preventing Case to ge created.

You need a setup from Gmail. Can you check this.

Thanks for reply Lalit, I did setup email forward from gmail account , now waiting for verification code in salesforce as new Case

Have you check on the Email log? To know if Salesforce actually sends an email. Also, you can see the Mail Event in the report to know if the Email has been Delivered to your Email Server.
