You have added recently trigger on the lead object,so you are facing this issue. please inactive the trigger.

Please uninstall the package.

After inactive trigger, your web to lead form will be work same as earlier.

Pam,

Did you recently install a managed package? In looking at the code the error is being caused by an Apex Trigger related to tasks. It appears to be related to a package with a name space of WTN.

It looks like we did get one before but it says it already expired though.

Hello Pam ,
you need to check the triggers in lead and contact object. It must be before trigger. You need to modify it in suvh way that there is no issue for generation lead from web.If you will get same error after updating your trigger , you need to raise a ticket from salesforce support.

Pam,

Can you be more specific? When you say "It says it already expired though", What says what already expired though? The managed package?

My guess is some code that came with the package doesn't play well with some existing code in your org and is causing the conflict. If you don't use the package I would uninstall it.

I did find the trigger, however, it is linked to a package that was installed before so I cannot modify it.

So, I did find the app causing it. It was an expired evercontact app and had to uninstall it.

It looks like web-to-lead is up and running again.

I also had to uninstall another app because I was getting another error when creating a lead.

Would anyone know why this is all happening all of a sudden? Maybe some Salesforce changes that I wasn't aware of?

Thank you for all the response!

Pam,

I'm glad to hear you were able to solve this error. I don't believe it was caused by a Salesforce change. As I mentioned earlier, the error seemed to be related to an object contained within the managed package. The expiration of that package may have possibly contributed to this issue.

As uninstalling the package solved your error, please consider marking this "best answer" to close the question.

Pam, just curious -- did you inactivate a trigger as a part of your solution?
Pam MartinezPam Martinez
There was no option to inactivate it so I uninstalled it completely.

It doesn't seem like we're using it anyway.

Understood. As you marked the suggested that included inactivating the trigger as best answer I wanted to confirm. Glad to know uninstalling the package solved the problem!
