We have a process that auto checks off a off a box when a certain record type is used on Accounts. When that record type changes I need to setup a process to automatically uncheck that box?

Appreciate any insight as the WF I have built does not seem to work.  Here is my formula:

AND(ISCHANGED( RecordTypeId ), PRIORVALUE(RecordTypeId)="012300000000Yip")

works fine for me in process Builder use Insert option,
AND(
ISCHANGED ([Account].RecordType.Name),
PRIORVALUE([Account].RecordType.Name )="Name"

How about using Process Builder,
Try This
AND(
ISCHANGED ([Account].RecordTypeId ),
PRIORVALUE([Account].RecordTypeId )="012300000000Yip"
)
Note:
I would Suggest you to use Record Type Name,
[Account].RecordType.Name

Thanks for your suggestions - tried process builder and that did not work either....when using Record Type name I got an error:  Error: The ISCHANGED function cannot reference the RecordType.Name field.

Hi Patty,
Your criteria looks ok.
Could you double check the Recordtype Id?
Is your action a field update action to update the checkbox field to False
