Reference blank fields on related object to set fields on the current record

In process builder we've set up a process that copies info from a custom object to the related account. The process doesn't seem to work when the field on the account has a value and the custom object doesn't. We'd like when the process fires to clear out the value on the account so it matches the custom object but right now it seems to leave the field alone.

Your PB definitely looks right.  I have seem some funny behaviors with null values.  You may end up needing to seperate you process.  DO one set of criteria of the values are not null, and a second one for if the are null.  (not different process builder, just more deicions/actions withing your process)

Could you post a screen shot of the firing criteria? There may be something in there that says to only fire if the field is blank...

Well we want it to fire either way. It should be copying 6 different fields over. Here's what we have.

Hmm...I'm not seeing anything wrong with it. By default it will overwrite the previous value, so you shouldn't have to worry there. Honestly not sure, sorry!
