It is sending a verification email to an invalid email address and I can't login...whether I click on 'login' from where I refreshed the sandbox or just logged in...tried creating a new sandbox and same thing...haven't had this problem before
Do you have multiple Sandbox orgs the the same instance URL? This happened to me a while back, I ended up getting in by logging into https://test.salesforce.com and manually entering my login credentials
That’s standard behaviour Mardi, just edit the email address and you will receive a confirmation email at the new email address.
If you want to update the email address and change the password, edit the User, update the email address and tick the box to reset password. That way the email address is updated immediately and you will receive the email to reset password.
