Profile Security View Changed

We recently installed an Install Package and now my view to edit profile security seems to have changed.

Previously, when attempting to udpate a profile, the view would look like this.
See attached, "Old View"

However, now it looks like the other attachment.  New View

I am not sure why this would have changed when installing a new app.
Please advise if anyone else has experienced this?
I am hoping to revert the view I had before.

We are currently using Classic.old view

But it doesn;t look like this seeting exists

1.From Setup, enter User in the Quick Find box, then select User Management Settings. 
2.Disable Enhanced Profile User Interface , Save
