Formula not working in process builder but in workflow

I have a formula as the first node in a process builder and it's not firing when I think it should.  So, I put the formula in a workflow and it's firing when I do the exact same action on a record (in this case opp).  See screenshots below.

Both fire when an Opp is created or edited

Hi Nick,

Process builder does not work with 15 digit IDs. You need to use the 18 digit IDs in process builder.

To covert 15 to 18 digit IDs:
https://www.adminbooster.com/tool/15to18

I strongly recommend you to write your formula using the Name or DeveloperName. Avoid hardcoding IDs.

Like this:
RecordType.Name = "INSERT RECORD TYPE NAME HERE"
