Quick Actions not visible on page layout for certain profiles

Hi community, 

I have a custom object specific quick action that is hidden from one of my Profiles. I have checked the following: 
  • Profile has access to the record type that the quick action is creating (and it is their default)
  • Profile has Create and Edit on the record (Opportunity) that is being created
  • The correct action has been added to the page layout
  • The Profile has read and edit access on all of the Opportunity fields that have been used on the page layout
  • The Profile has the Allow Access to Customized Actions checkbox TRUE. 
What else should I check to figure out why this profile can't see the action?

Emily Check once has your affected profile "Read" & "Edit" access to "Case Number" field?

Thank you for your response. I am hoping it is something configuration on my end and not a part of that known issue. Here are the details of the quick action.

Additionally, it is not that issue because we are putting this action on a feed page on the service console.

That was it! The profile only had read access to Case Number. Adding edit made it visible. Thanks so much!!
