not seeing new case i created.

Hello,

​in my company we use OKTA. Now days, when I login to my SF (lightning) I see this error on my page. This error message shows in every object I want to access.  

You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary.

 
And also when I create case, the case will be created but I don’t see it on all open cases list view. Please look the error I am getting.

Can you please help please? I have Read/Edit/Create permission on Case object

Hi Mahi,
Please check OWD setting of Case. 
If it is private , You can't see cases owned by other users unless cases are shared using OWD/Role Hierarchy.
Please get in touch with your company's system administrator to and get an access to Cases owned by other users.
