Screen Pop Settings Section Missing in Softphone Layout
Our users noticed that Salesforce no longer screen popped with matching records on their inbound calls. When taking a closer look, the entire Softphone Layout section for Screen Pop Settings in not visible. Any ideas why?
We are using Five9 phone integration and have installed the Five9CTIadapter.
I filed case #11277159 on this November 2014 and essentially received back 'expected behavior' from Salesforce customer support. My concern is it's inconsistent; I can still edit a User Profile despite not being a member of the User Profile..
