How to display the names (not the ID's) in a Flow?

I have created a new Visual Flow that creates a new Quote (from the Opportunity) which works but needs two (2) tweaks:
  1. How to change the following fields to display their names, not their ID's?
  • The "Account Name", "Parent Opportunity", and "Owner" are displaying the ID, not the Name.
  • I need them to display the Name, but save as the ID so the quote is created with correct info.
  1. How to make the "Quote Contact" field save it's value to the newly created quote?
  • The "Quote Contact" works to display all related contacts from the Account.
  • But after the quote is created by the flow, the "Quote Contact" value is blank.
Here is my flow in use on page 1:

So here are my thoughts:
  1. How to change the following fields to display their names, not their ID's?
    • You'll have to either -
      • Create Formula Fields on the Opportunity to display Names instead of IDs 'OR'
      • Do Record Lookups(I mean you will have to do 3 of them) for Account, Opportunity and User to get their Names.
  2. How to make the "Quote Contact" field save it's value to the newly created quote?
    • Is that a Dynamic Choice ? If so what is the Stored Value ?

Thanks for a suggestion from Rich Englhard, my first issue is solved.
  • I added three more variables, and then added them to my button URL string like so:
/flow/New_Quote_Wizard
?varAccountID={!Opportunity.AccountId}
&varOpportunityID={!Opportunity.Id}
&varOpportunityName={!Opportunity.Name}
&varAccountName={!Opportunity.Account}
&varOpportunityOwner={!Opportunity.OwnerFullName}
Now just need help figuring out why the Contact drop-down is not saving it's value? (see 2nd question)
