Set columns in "all" listview

I have a custom object where I set the columns in the search layout are of the object.
The "recently viewed" listview reflects these columns but the "all" listview does not have all the columns.  How do I set them?  I would like the 2 listviews to look identical

The "ALL" view - no columnsThe "recent" list - this is what I want the "all" list to look like

Thanks!  Do all the users have to do this or is there a way to make this the default view accross all users?

If this List view is visible to other users then yes Other users can also see this customization by default.
