Hi Deniel Xavier,

I have gone through your problem.

Secure Your Users' Identity Assignment MEANS adding "Two-Factor Authentication":
Something users know, like their password
Something users have, such as a mobile device with an authenticator app installed
2FA Something you know and something you have
"That second factor of authentication provides an extra layer of security for your org".
As an admin, you can require it every time your users log in. Or you can require it only in some circumstances, such as when users log in from an unrecognized device or try to access a high-risk application. After users successfully verify their identity with both authentication factors, they can access Salesforce and start working.

For more details to setup two factor Authentication follow the following link:

I hope you find the above solution helpful. If it does, please mark as Best Answer to help others too.

Hi Deniel,

The trailhead module checks the 'Identity Verification History' to see if the user has logged in successfully  at least once using the two factor authentication, So post creating a new user (With your mail address) and assigning the 'Trailhead' (Two-Factor Authentication permission set), you will have to reset the password and formally login as that user using two factor authentication.

Hope it helps!
