Process builder scheduled tasks unable to create tasks

Hi all,

I have a process builder that triggers when a record changes or is created and is supposed to do two scheduled actions:

Send email alert
Create a task.

No matter how many ways I try to configure the task it will not create the task however it will send the email alert. I have tried so that it creates a note and it does that, but for some reason tasks will not be created.
Task assigned to account.OwnerId
Task related to Account.Id
etc.
I have even tried to create a quick action and add this action global actions into my process builder and it will not create it.
There are no workflows on the task object and no workflows on the account object that interfere with this.
Btw, there are no immediate actions, all of them are scheduled.
Any ideas?

As you said, the email is being sent. So the task should be getting created. 
Can you tell me where are you looking to find the task?

Have you tried doing a global search on 'Task finally successful'?

Hi,

Thanks for this. I have found the task. For some reason, even though it's completed, it did not appear in history. This is perhaps because there was no due date populated? I'm trying now to populate the due date to see if it appears.

Tasks work well but have another issue now.
