How do I get a picklist choice set to display more than 200 values?

Working in Lightning Flow Builder...

I have a flow where users fist select an account and then select a contact from that account.

For the contact I created a picklist choice set to show all contacts where the Account ID matched the selected Account ID from the previous step.

So far so good.

The problem is that I have a handful of accounts with more than 200 contacts and the picklist will only show the first 200. So if there are 214 contacts, users never see that last 14.

is there a way to get more than 200 to display? Or if not, some sort of work around?

Any help will be much appreciated.

The dynamic picklist is restricted to 200 values only. Check the below link of similar discussion. It contains some workaround ideas that might help you.

This workaround is one i can live with for now.

Nothing you can do with standard available elements. However, you can achieve this using this by creating a custom lightning component.

Also, you can ask user for inputs that you can use as filters in your record choice element to narrow down the search results.

Have you considered making this a lookup field, which is far more scalable, instead of a picklist field (which becomes a clunky and difficult user experience on both mobile and desktop as soon as you have 20+ values in the picklist field)? I did, the problem with that is that this is for a self-service dedupe tool and we want users to be abl eto know for sure which account the selected duplicate is attached to. Always a problem with separate account and contact lookups. That is why the choice set. so the selection is limited to the specific account selected i n the previous step.
